You wake up at Seatac, SFO, LAX. You wake up at O'Hare, Dallas-Fort Worth, BWI. Pacific, mountain, central. Lose an hour, gain an hour. This is your life, and it's ending one minute at a time. You wake up at Air Harbor International. If you wake up at a different time, in a different place, could you wake up as a different person? We're the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world.

Of all hype and hoopla it created, the film should have had something strong in its script. Thanks to their marriage this September the film released on par with it and hence lowering the expectations else it would have been in deep trouble. Everyone would love to see them on screen once more before Jyothika goes away from the silver screen and with their marriage round the corner the film is attracting crowds. But in general there was “Nothing Great”.

After the first 15 minutes you kind of get stretched and thoughts wander how this film will get going. I expected Sil Oru Kadhal on the lines of Alaipayuthey/Mouna Ragam , but the later is too much strong for SOK. Santhanam Humor helped the film get going, but alas he comes only for a few frames, Vadivelu wasn’t utilized and God only knows why sukanya came into picture. Surya and Jyothika both perform with ease and it like a child’s play for them, be it the romance or the tender fight sequences. Bhoomika was looking great in the later part of the film and I wonder how she looks the same as she did in Badhri that came 4 years back. Aishwarya the girl who plays the daughter of Surya and Jyothika was cute.

There weren’t enough incidents highlighting why Bhoomika fells in love with Surya. Thank God, Munbe Va and New York Naragam both songs had been shot excellently and had some exotic locations in it and it was a treat to watch the songs picturized beautifully. Both the songs come in the second half of the film and thus make the film get rolling after interval. Else the theatre would be half empty.

The highlights of the film was it had a nice and greenery touch throughout the film. Camera work was excellent and was pleasant to the eyes. The sole reason which kept the film colorful. Even Rahman disappoints you with the background score. In an nutshell SOK had nothing new, and it definitely not a worth watching film and with VV and Lahe .. Munnabai rocking, the later can be chosen over SOK
