You wake up at Seatac, SFO, LAX. You wake up at O'Hare, Dallas-Fort Worth, BWI. Pacific, mountain, central. Lose an hour, gain an hour. This is your life, and it's ending one minute at a time. You wake up at Air Harbor International. If you wake up at a different time, in a different place, could you wake up as a different person? We're the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world.

    • IT --- > MANAGEMENT

Who am I or rather who are we all? Why should I struggle in front of this dump computer and why should you be reading this article. What is the purpose of our lives? Why should I struggle myself to think just because a pop-window doesn’t pop up in the application I am working on. Why are people staying late in offices?

Why cant computers die and we humans upgrade ourselves with time. In another way, let us blend the chip into our head with our basic feelings undisturbed. Wow that’s the birth of super humans!! Like in Matrix, anything you want just load it baby.

But all this lead to a single point that computers are the great and we shouldn’t let that happen. We invented them and we should not let them get ahead in the race. The upper hand should be that of ours. So let us throw this bloody computer. No more codes, no more debugging and above all no more meetings.

In about 90% of the software professionals mind one things is common. Just one thing “Throw away the bloody damn thing”. Why is this so? Why the craze for computers and software jobs isn’t any more around? Why do people start to hate the industry? Is this due to the bulk recruitment that industries are attracting towards themselves,( but that is actually a good sign of the industry booming? ) But still people now are getting away and all are moving towards another door --- > MANAGEMENT.

The craze of IIMS and other management institutions are catching up fast. Why is this so? people don’t like to code. But this shouldn’t be the only reason why people are developing hatred towards the industry. Some professionals feel that even a 12th standard school boy can do the job which they do (!!!!!!). Some feel they aren’t given the recognition for their work. They feel they are under paid. But even if people are given work they say software industry is bad, loads of works are given, they don’t have time for their family and friends and that they aren’t able to lead a happy life and that they spend 75% of their time in their workplace itself and add to the point they feel they aren’t recognized for the hard work they put in.
They feel they need recognition, appraisals, but with that not happening; they want to get into the management horizontal, they get the feeling their under graduation is not enough anymore and it wont help them in a long run.

So if you see, people with work and without work both are not satisfied with the way they are treated. But still people come and stand at the doors of software industry, why? Onsite Opportunity, even with the attrition rate growing like a pine tree, monkey hopping is somewhat low because of the flying chance they get. They feel it is difficult to get into the airs if they hop from one to another. But once they get their feet into their mother soil, their hands itches for the opportunities Column and fingers type Naukri.com

Either they shift companies or look into Management. If the no of people into management grows at this rate wont management too get the same situation like what IT industry face now.

The problem in IT now is that there are more people, density is too much, well that may be one of the prime reasons why all this hatred begun. But won’t the same happen to management if all IT guys knock the doors of management.
